2013 mid year work report meeting held successfully

On August 2, 2013, our company held the 2013 mid year summary meeting. At the summary meeting, all departments elaborated, summarized and analyzed the performance of KPI indicators in the first half of the year, the main work achievements, the deficiencies in the work, and the work plan for the second half of the year. The senior management of the company summarized and commented on all middle-level cadres, and combined with the daily performance and work report content of the cadres, comprehensively evaluated and scored the work report from five dimensions, namely, professionalism, team building, work performance, work ability and work report content. Through the mid year summary meeting, the cadre team was trained, the management level and cohesion were improved, the work objectives and management ideas in the second half of the year were clarified, and the cooperation and communication between departments were enhanced. It is also found that a number of young cadres of the company have grown rapidly, and their management skills and professional skills have also been significantly improved. At the same time, through the summary meeting, we are full of confidence in the future development of the company and the successful completion of the annual business objectives.
