On September 1, 2023, under the leadership of General Manager Zhou (Yucheng) and Management Representative Cheng (Yonghai), leaders and key personnel from various departments jointly attended the launch ceremony of Quality Month.

The launch ceremony kicked off with watching Haier's video "CEO", which tells the story of Haier Group's efforts to overcome quality misconceptions by destroying home appliances with quality defects, ultimately achieving the development goal of quality home appliances entering people's lives and Chinese products entering the international market. The scene of workers wielding hammers to destroy defective refrigerators in the video deeply shocked everyone. Wang Yun, the deputy director of the quality department, couldn't help but exclaim, "We can do better things, why can we tolerate the existence of defects? In the face of quality, is there still a difference of three, six, nine, etc.? No, this is our accommodation of defects, perfunctory attitude towards quality, and irresponsibility towards work! As long as it involves quality, we must do our best.

To maximize the effectiveness of the Quality Month launch ceremony, the Quality Assurance Department seized the opportunity to distribute a reading book called "Quality Free" to everyone, focusing on promoting the "Read One Book Together" project, expanding employees' theoretical knowledge of quality, understanding the true meaning of "Quality Free", guiding production practice with scientific theories, improving the level of quality work, and truly achieving fine production and quality delivery.

At the meeting, Mr. Cheng (Yonghai) reflected on the current situation of the company's quality cost, taking quality cost as the starting point, and believed that the company should apply the requirements of the quality management system to manage quality work. He earnestly and persuasively explained the eight principles of quality management system in a simple and understandable way, making quality easier to understand and apply.

If Mr. Cheng (Yonghai)'s speech is like the silent moistening of spring breeze and rain, then Mr. Zhou (Yucheng)'s speech is like the resounding sound of knives and guns. In his speech, he expressed his heartache over the decline of the home appliance market due to uneven quality, his stern words about individual employees' disregard for quality work, and his strong dissatisfaction and anger towards some middle and grassroots managers' lack of initiative and action. He said, 'In an avalanche, not a single snowflake is innocent! Employees of Mosentek should demand stricter standards of themselves, be responsible, responsible, have a broad perspective, and be honest and upright!'
