In order to promote high-quality development and continuously improve the company's quality management level, Wuhu Mosen Tech has launched a series of activities called "Quality Month" in various forms and means, taking the National Quality Month as an opportunity and combining with the theme of "Quality Life, Originating from Quality" for the company's Quality Month in 2023.


Activity 1: Hold the launch ceremony of "Quality Month"

On September 1st, under the leadership of General Manager Zhou (Yucheng) and Management Representative Cheng (Yonghai), leaders and key personnel from various departments jointly attended the launch ceremony of Quality Month.

At the launch ceremony, all employees watched the quality promotional video "CEO" together, received the reading book "Quality for Free", and signed on the theme banner of "Quality Life, Originating from Quality". The company has promoted the quality concept to all employees that 'delivering without quality is a disaster, and delivering without quality is meaningless'.



Activity 2: Firmly establish the awareness of quality first in the manufacturing front line

On September 4th, the manufacturing department of the company carried out a series of "Quality Month" activities, including: all staff quality oath and signature, sorting out deviations in work documents, internal special rewards and punishments for employees' self inspection and mutual inspection to discover quality problems, demonstration of existing defective product control standard operating procedures, monthly quality excellent team evaluation and flag awarding activities, and special improvement activities for quality improvement in each workshop.

Sun Yulong, the head of the Manufacturing Department, focused on strengthening the quality awareness of all employees and carried out quality promotion to all employees of the Manufacturing Department based on examples. Efforts should be made to firmly establish quality awareness from the frontline manufacturing process, prevent the occurrence of quality problems, and inject solid strength into the comprehensive improvement of the quality management level of the manufacturing department.

Activity 3: Carry out the "Quality Month" knowledge competition activity

On September 14th, under the arrangement and deployment of the company's leadership, the Quality Assurance Department actively responded to the theme of the company's "Quality Life, Originating from Quality" Quality Month activity and organized a "Quality Month" knowledge competition activity in the training room on the second floor of the skylight workshop.

Personnel from various departments of the company were randomly divided into 9 groups of 5 people to work together in a collaborative manner to answer questions. The scope of the questions covered various knowledge points such as quality awareness, quality tools, system theory, and on-site management. During the answering process, each group imprinted quality knowledge in their minds through continuous discussion, writing, and learning, demonstrating the good spirit and teamwork spirit of the Mosentek people. At the end of the competition, the "Quality Assurance Group" composed of the Finance Department, General Office, Marketing Department, and Quality Assurance Department won the first place in the group's total score.

This knowledge competition activity has stimulated the enthusiasm of all employees to learn quality knowledge, created a strong atmosphere for the Quality Month activity, not only enriched employees' leisure life, but also deepened their understanding of product quality and corporate culture.

Activity 4: Hold QC Release Event

On September 26th, the company held a QC release event, and the contestants sorted out the quality abnormalities and rectification plans of the past year, sharing valuable experience and lessons with colleagues.

The QC topics brought by the contestants are rich in content and problem-solving oriented, such as the "Reducing the Failure Rate of M1E Elevators Unable to Operate" topic shared on the window shaking technology platform, which effectively solves the problem of the buckle head coming out of the screw groove in a mistake prevention manner; There are independent innovation models, such as the "Establishing Odor Evaluation Capability" brought by the Quality Assurance Department, which has successfully achieved a breakthrough in odor detection and monitoring capabilities from scratch; There are also deep root causes of problems, such as the "Reducing the Defect Rate of Bolt Fracture in Swinging Windows" released by the engineering department, which starts from supplier management, eliminates quality hazards from the root, and achieves quality management moving forward. The judges provided in-depth comments on the transferability, effectiveness, and depth of analysis of the rectification measures for these topics, and the ranking results will be released at the Quality Month Summary Meeting.

After the QC press conference, Mr. Cheng (Yonghai) made a brilliant summary. He stated that QC is an important tool for quality management, reflecting the requirement of continuous improvement. The spirit of deep exploration is the essence of doing quality, and we should not forget the teacher of the future. To do quality, we should be good at summarizing and learning from experience, in order to steadily improve and gradually improve.

Activity 5: Hold a summary meeting for the "Quality Month" activity

On September 28th, the company summarized the "Quality Month" activity that lasted for a month. The company leaders award honorary certificates to teams that have achieved rankings in quality knowledge competitions and QC releases, in order to encourage employees to actively participate in quality activities and demonstrate their skills.

After the meeting, Mr. Zhou (Yucheng) affirmed the achievements of the "Quality Month" series of activities. He emphasized that quality will eventually be reflected in life, and life will inevitably be the result of the influence of quality. Only a life that meets quality requirements can be called a quality life. Only people with character, responsibility, and the same belief in quality can become companions.

This year's "Quality Month" has been carefully planned and organized by the company, with active participation from various departments.
