Procurement requirement: 1 hybrid automated production line with single and double track elevators. Single track production cycle ≤ 26S/piece, single shift output of 8 hours (including equipment changeover time) ≥ 1080 pieces; Double track production cycle ≤ 30S/piece, single shift of 8 hours (including equipment changeover time), shift output ≥ 900 pieces; (Note: The production cycle includes equipment movements and personnel picking and placing time). Parameter 2: The line body adopts the form of belt/material turnover platform transmission. Parameter 3: Meet the S0R technical documents for this project.
Contract performance period: 4 years
2、 Qualification requirements for applicants
1. Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;
2. There are cooperative cases of glass lifter production lines;
3. Specific qualification requirements for this project:
Credit requirement: As of the deadline for submitting response documents, if the supplier has any of the following valid circumstances, their qualification review will not be approved
(1) Those who have been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the people's court
(2) Listed as a major tax illegal and dishonest entity by the tax authorities
(3) Listed by the finance department as a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement
(4) Those who have been included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest activities by the market supervision and management department
Note: "Effective" refers to being in a valid state to the extent and for the period specified in the "circumstances".
