In order to deepen the comprehensive quality management work and consolidate the consensus of all staff on quality, on the afternoon of October 30, 2025, Mosentek Company successfully held the "Quality Month" QC achievement press conference and summary meeting for 2025. A total of 11 QC teams participated in this event, focusing on tackling the difficulties of quality improvement and presenting a rich and solid communication feast.

  The atmosphere at the press conference was lively, and the members of each group were calm, confident, and well-organized. Through data comparison, case analysis, and other forms, the entire process from current situation investigation, goal setting, cause analysis, to countermeasure implementation and effect verification was systematically demonstrated. The company's review team conducted professional evaluations one by one, fully recognizing the highlights of each topic and proposing improvement suggestions from aspects such as achievement solidification and promotion value, to help the project continue to improve.

  After the review process, Mr. Cheng Yonghai, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, gave a concluding speech. He affirmed the achievements of this QC activity and pointed out that quality improvement should focus on balancing effectiveness and cost, achieving maximum output with minimal input, and continuously improving the ability of enterprises to cope with complex environments from practical problems and customer needs.

  After comprehensive evaluation, the Fenjin QC group (Skylight Technology Platform) won the first prize, the Jiandun QC group and the Fenjin QC group (Manufacturing Department) won the second prize respectively, and the Climbing QC group, Pioneer QC group, and Fenjin QC group won the third prize respectively.

  At the subsequent summary meeting, the Quality Assurance Department gave a special report on the overall progress and achievements of the "Quality Month" work. At the same time, the meeting commended the teams that performed outstandingly in the Manufacturing "Zero Defect" Challenge and the award-winning teams at the QC press conference, established advanced models, and promoted the spirit of quality.

  Mr. Zhou Yucheng, Chairman and General Manager of the company, presented awards to the winners and made a concluding speech. He emphasized that quality awareness must cover all employees, run through the entire process, integrate into various positions, and be closely integrated with assessment incentives and daily behavior. The quality of work determines the quality of physical objects, and every aspect requires continuous improvement. The company will continue to improve the "zero defect" model mechanism, so that personnel who value quality and focus on quality can be respected and motivated. Through the dual drive of system and culture, we will build a solid quality foundation for the survival and development of the enterprise.

  The "Quality Month" event of Mosentek 2025 has come to a successful conclusion with the participation of all staff. There is no end to quality work. The company will take this event as a new starting point, systematically summarize experience, promote the formation of a long-term management mechanism, continuously improve the operational efficiency of the quality management system, and assist the high-quality development of the enterprise with higher standards and more practical measures.
